About Triomics:
Triomics helps oncology organizations scale clinical research and high-quality data creation without scaling headcount. Our AI platform - powered by OncoLLM- automates the operational work behind trial screening, eligibility interpretation, and oncology data abstraction across Prism (trial matching), Harmony (registry + RWE curation), and Symphony (clinician copilot). Built for real-world hospital workflows, Triomics integrates with EHRs and CTMS systems and is deployed with leading academic cancer centers to improve speed, consistency, and audit-ready clinical accuracy.
Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst with strong data skills to help drive business decisions through insights and automation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, solving business problems, and communicating findings effectively.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Preferred institutions: IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, NSUT, BITS Pilani, or other Tier-1 colleges.
Experience
- 12 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong internships/projects are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL with a strong understanding of joins, CTEs, window functions, and data analysis.
- Hands-on Python experience for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistics and analytical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Build reports, dashboards, and automated analytical workflows.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and solve business challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
