Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor data loads and job schedules; troubleshoot and resolve failures
• Maintain and optimize Qlik dashboards for performance and accuracy
• Manage QMC tasks, scheduling, and configurations
• Perform data validation, testing, and code investigations
• Handle incidents and service requests (INC & SRs)
• Maintain documentation for frequent performance issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support as required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and emerging technology adoption
• Assist with presales and client engagements as needed

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Qlik Sense and QlikView development.
• Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report generation and distribution.
• Knowledge of Qlik Management Console (QMC) for task scheduling and configuration.
• Experience in dashboard development, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Understanding of data validation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environment is an advantage.
• Ability to handle production support and incident management activities.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Relevant Qlik certifications preferred
