Data Analyst Power BI

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst having strong knowledge on MS SQL, Data Modeling & Integration, Statistics. You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. Youll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Youll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports
• Work with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and leadership
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Provide training and support to end users on dashboards and reports

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
• Experience with SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
