Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience in analyzing complex datasets, generating business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Create and maintain SQL queries, data models, and reports.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, management, and technical teams.
• Generate weekly/monthly KPI reports and performance metrics.
• Support automation and optimization of reporting processes.
• Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SQL, Excel, and Data Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in business intelligence and reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
