Role Overview

The Data Research Analyst Trainee will be responsible for building, validating, and maintaining

high-quality business data to support outreach, partnerships, and growth initiatives. This role

requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, and the ability to manage data-driven tasks with high accuracy and accountability.

The individual will play a critical role in enabling the growth team by ensuring reliable, verified, and actionable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Research & Lead Generation

Identify and capture 30+ decision-maker profiles daily through platforms like LinkedIn and other

databases

Ensure all mandatory fields are captured: Name, Designation, Company, LinkedIn URL, and

Location

Maintain structured and clean data formats for CRM readiness

2. Data Validation & Quality Control

Verify all contacts using tools such as NeverBounce before uploading to CRM

Maintain a minimum of 95% data accuracy across all submissions

Ensure zero tolerance for incomplete or unverified data entries

3. CRM & Data Management

Upload and organize verified data into internal CRM systems

Maintain consistency, avoid duplication, and ensure proper tagging/segmentation

Regularly audit data quality and hygiene

4. Competitor Intelligence Tracking

Track and document weekly activity of 10 competitor agencies

Capture key insights across campaigns, influencer collaborations, announcements, and content

strategy

Submit structured updates every Friday without fail

5. Campaign & Loss Analysis

Maintain a detailed log of all lost campaigns within 48 hours

Document key insights including reason for loss, winning competitor, and improvement

opportunities

Support the growth team with actionable insights from losses

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic understanding of LinkedIn and online research tools

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and discipline

Good organizational and data management skills

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Strong ownership mindset and accountability

Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs

Maintaining high data accuracy with minimal errors

Proactively managing dependencies without impacting timelines

Demonstrating reliability in reporting and communication

Showing readiness to take on higher ownership over time
