Technical Skills

Minimum 3 years' experience in HR data, payroll data, or HRIS implementation roles

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data loading (HDL, HSDL, or HCM Data Loader)

Solid knowledge of HR data structures: employee records, org hierarchy, jobs, grades, compensation, and payroll elements

Experience migrating data from HRIS/payroll systems (Smart HR, SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar)

UAE Labour Law knowledge: EOSG, leave entitlements, WPS, visa/residency data, MOHRE requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, large dataset handling)

SQL querying skills for HR data extraction and validation

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with absolute discretion
