Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and monetization trends across products like Sikka, Offerwall, and Immersive Ads.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key product and revenue metrics.
  • Conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analysis to identify growth opportunities and user drop-offs.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Monitor monetization metrics such as eCPM, CTR, ARPU, ARPDAU, conversion rates, and reward redemption performance.
  • Identify anomalies, fraud patterns, and revenue leakages through data analysis.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to drive data-backed decisions.


Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience analyzing mobile app data, user journeys, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, and Conversion Rates.


Bonus Points

  • Exposure to Kafka or streaming data pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Redis or in-memory caching tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing design and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow or HuggingFace for model experimentation.
