Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau to derive actionable insights from data and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate meaningful recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate recurring reports and data processes using Python.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic business performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
• Experience working with relational databases
• Knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques
• Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in automation and reporting solutions is a plus
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with APIs and data integration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure/AWS
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
