Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather reporting and dashboard requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Develop and support MIS reports and dashboards using multiple data sources.
3. Collaborate with teams to convert legacy reports into BI solutions or centralized reporting systems.
4. Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and performance of reports and dashboards.
5. Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for ad hoc reporting.
6. Work closely with Operations & Support and IT teams for smooth implementation and maintenance of reporting solutions.
7. Maintain data accuracy, conduct quality checks, and follow data governance practices.
8. Document processes, specifications, and user guides for effective knowledge sharing.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements in reporting and data visualization.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) is mandatory. MBA/Masters in Data Science/Analytics, MCA, or BE/B.Tech in IT/EC can also be considered as additional qualifications.

Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.

Proven experience in gathering reporting and dashboard requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and data sources.

Experience in converting legacy reports into BI solutions or a central reporting system.

Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Open Source BI, and Oracle BI.

Good knowledge of SQL and data querying for extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality reports.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with Operations & Support teams for transitioning and maintaining reporting solutions.
