Your Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team at the heart of commodity risk management, where your insights drive smarter decisions and ensure risk transparency. We, the Commodity Risk Management (CRM) team, are providing high quality risk management services to all ADM Business Units and subsidiaries globally. Commodity Risk Management sits at the intersection of trading, risk and data ensuring accurate, timely and insightful risk reporting. In this role you work closely with commercial, risk managers and operations in a dynamic environment to make an impact to assure integrity of data, monitor and report risk to support decision making.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the regional CRM and Commercial teams to develop and maintain risk reports/dashboards driving transparency on commodity risks while seizing opportunities to standardize
- Assist in daily position validation in close coordination with regional teams and commercial
- Support the implementation and maintenance of data architecture and pipelines integrating data from on-premise systems and APIs
- Contribute to efforts to further enhance the position reporting regarding technical set-up, processes and procedures
- Assist with the daily operations and resolution of issues related to risk analytics reporting
- Support responsibilities for Financial Regulations EMEA in terms of reconciliation and reporting
Your Profile:
- Engaged and team-oriented pragmatist with a proactive, goal-oriented work attitude
- Good communication skills combined with an analytical mindset
- Open mindset for change and aptitude for continuous improvement
- Proficient in Power BI (incl. DAX) for dashboarding and reporting, and experienced in programming with SQL and Python for data transformation and risk analytics
Hands-on experience with data engineering concepts, including:
- Data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Data integration across systems
- Working with cloud data platforms
- Solid knowledge of or interest in commodity trading business
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science or other relevant field preferably with 2-5 years relevant professional experience
