Job Description

Job Description

Original Title in BP -  Data Analyst – Ethics & Compliance (E&C), M&C Americas

The Data Analyst – Ethics & Compliance (E&C), M&C Americas is responsible for delivering high‑quality analytics, continuous monitoring, and performance reporting across key ethics and compliance metrics. This role strengthens M&C Americas’ adherence to legal, regulatory, bp, and C&P policy requirements by providing data‑driven insights, identifying trends, and detecting potential risks early.

Working in close partnership with the Lead ECL M&C Americas and the VP E&C and Engagement M&C Americas, the analyst interprets both structured and unstructured data, builds dashboards, and enhances leadership insight into overall E&C performance. The role supports reporting activities for the M&C Americas Leadership Team, the M&C Americas Ethics & Compliance Committee, and the TLK Board (Retail).

A key responsibility includes researching, interpreting, communicating, and reporting on E&C metrics using both leading and lagging indicators. The role also investigates instances of non‑compliance or non‑conformance and helps implement corrective and preventive actions across M&C Americas.

While E&C technical knowledge can be learned on the job, success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional insight generation, and rigorous performance management.

Shift Timing: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST
