Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with around 1 year of experience in a consumer app or product-based environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and MongoDB, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics for consumer applications.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Work with MongoDB collections for querying and validating application data.
• Build dashboards, reports, and internal tools using Retool.
• Track and analyze user engagement and funnels using Mixpanel.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and create regular performance reports.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
• Demonstrate high ownership in handling tasks independently and driving projects to completion.

• 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consumer app/product company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Retool and Mixpanel.
• Understanding of MCPs/workflow integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Experience working with product analytics and user behavior data.
• Familiarity with dashboards, automation, and internal tooling.
• Basic understanding of experimentation/A-B testing concepts.
