Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, youll work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into clear, actionable insights. You will design reports, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, requirements, and data needs.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Alteryx, Knime and Tableau
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data findings into simple, insightful narratives and visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and KPIs used across the business.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business questions, initiatives, and performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and training for end users of reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools- Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx and Knime
• Working knowledge with python and excel
• Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business reporting best practices.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
