This role is on-site in our office at Yelahanka New Town in Bangalore.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data & AI Engineer to build scalable data platforms, AI-powered applications, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, and Power BI to deliver enterprise-grade analytics and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering

Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

Develop data lakehouse and warehouse solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization.

• AI & Agentic AI Development

Build and deploy machine learning and Generative AI applications.

Develop AI agents, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflows using:

LangChain

LangGraph

CrewAI

AutoGen

Integrate LLMs including:

Anthropic Claude AI

OpenAI GPT

Google Gemini

AWS Bedrock

Azure OpenAI

Implement vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails.

• Power BI & Analytics

Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI.

Build semantic models, DAX measures, KPI dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

• MLOps / LLMOps

Deploy AI models and APIs into production environments.

Implement CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and AI observability practices.

• Collaboration

Partner with business and product teams to identify high-value AI and analytics opportunities.

Deliver scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in:

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, Statistics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate

AWS Certified Generative AI Developer
