Position - Manager - Dairy /Dairy Technologist (Quality Assurance & Production)

Reports to - Plant Head

Location - Mysore Plant

Candidate to be Dairy technologist(either B.Tec or B.Sc in dairy is OK) with minimum of 10-12 yrs of experience in dairy of at least 1 lac ltr/day capacity with UHT operation

He should have worked at manager level at least for 2-3 years,should be familiar with SCADA

Responsible for Production and quality, not only quality.

1. Overall knowledge of handling of Raw Milk Reception including analysis as per IS, Criteria of milk selection for different processes

2. Through knowledge of Fermented Products, Raw milk, Flavored Milk and Testing procedures. Also well versed with Reconstitution and recombination process of Milk.

4. Flavored milk and Fermented Products (Drinking Yoghurts) preparation

5. Knowledge of UHT, Homogenizer, Aseptic Tank and Aseptic packaging (Tetra pak and Pet Bottle) system operation

6. Lead the team and adhere all the Standard operating procedures.
