D365 F&O Functional Lead

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 SCM Functional Architect / Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions. This role focuses on advanced warehouse management, MRP, and containerization capabilities to enhance endtoend supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will act as a functional leader, bridging business requirements with scalable D365 solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into effective and scalable D365 SCM solutions.
• Lead the configuration and implementation of D365 MRP to optimize production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Design and manage containerization processes within D365 to streamline logistics, shipping, and distribution workflows.
• Configure and support advanced warehouse management features, including:
• Warehouse and location management
• Picking, packing, and shipping workflows
• Inventory tracking and optimization
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide functional leadership, including enduser training, documentation, and postimplementation support.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within D365 SCM.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, with strong expertise in:
• MRP (Master Planning)
• Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Containerization and logistics processes
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design practical, businessaligned solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting endtoend D365 implementations and enhancements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
