D2C Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive D2C Operations Executive / Manager to manage end-to-end backend ecommerce operations on Shopify and Unicommerce. The role involves product listing, website merchandising, inventory synchronization, order management, Shopify app management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day D2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify backend, including product listings, pricing, inventory, collections, and website merchandising.
• Maintain accurate product information, offers, inventory, and promotions.
• Manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
• Handle inventory and order management through Unicommerce, ensuring accurate stock synchronization.
• Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including fulfillment, returns, refunds, and RTO management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and tech teams for smooth operations.
• Configure discounts, payment gateways, shipping rules, and troubleshoot operational or integration issues.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and sale events with complete backend readiness.
• Monitor operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

25 years of experience in D2C Ecommerce Operations.

Hands-on experience with Shopify and Unicommerce.

Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, payment gateways, logistics, returns, and RTOs.

Experience with Shopify apps, website merchandising, and third-party integrations.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ecommerce reporting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
