We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive D2C Associate to manage day-to-day operations of our D2C website. The role involves handling Shopify backend operations, product listings, order management, and customer support to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the Shopify dashboard, including orders, inventory, and basic website updates
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs)
  • Handle end-to-end order processing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor website performance and flag issues related to checkout, payments, or listings
  • Maintain accurate records and MIS reports related to orders and customer queries


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in a D2C / e-commerce role
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory)
  • Understanding of product listing management and order lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Salary: 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 / Year
