We're Hiring: Cyber Security Trainer

Location: Pune (JM Road)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 25+ Years (Teaching/Training Experience in Cyber Security)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our Training & Development team. If you have strong expertise in Information Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, and Cybersecurity Operations, along with a passion for mentoring future cybersecurity professionals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Information Security, and related technologies

Design and develop course content, practical labs, assignments, and assessments

Conduct hands-on workshops on vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security monitoring

Train learners on cybersecurity tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, and SIEM platforms

Teach network security, system security, incident response, and security best practices

Guide students in log analysis, threat detection, and security reporting

Mentor students on cybersecurity career paths, certifications, and industry expectations

Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and security technologies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, SOC Operations, Ethical Hacking, or Network Security

Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals

Knowledge of Network Security, TCP/IP, DNS, and Internet technologies

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

Understanding of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing concepts

Familiarity with log monitoring and security event analysis

Hands-on experience with industry-standard cybersecurity tools

Preferred Certifications:

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

CompTIA Security+

CompTIA CySA+

CISSP

CISM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Passionate about Cyber Security education and skill development

Strong interest in Ethical Hacking and Security Research

Experience conducting practical labs and cybersecurity workshops

Ability to train freshers, interns, and working professionals

Familiarity with Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges and real-world security scenarios is an added advantage

Salary:
