Job Title - Cyber Security Engineer

Location - Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience - Freshers (2025/2026 Pass-outs)

Education - B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs (Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines)

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated IIT graduates who are passionate about Cyber Security and eager to build a career in securing enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and digital assets. The candidate will work closely with senior security professionals to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events and investigate potential threats.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
• Support security audits and compliance initiatives.
• Analyze security incidents and contribute to incident response activities.
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement security best practices.
• Conduct research on emerging cyber threats and security technologies.
• Support cloud security and network security initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and Security Fundamentals.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, and Network Protocols.
• Understanding of Cyber Security concepts such as Authentication, Encryption, Malware Analysis, and Threat Detection.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Ethical Hacking, CTF competitions, or Security Projects.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Security Tools such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap, or Splunk.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Quick learner with a research-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
