We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Technical Support Representative with 12 years of experience in providing application, software, or IT infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for resolving technical issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers/end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents/service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Assist users with system configurations, installations, and access-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and support guidelines.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
