Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support by addressing client queries, product promotions and selling the same, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The specialist will also collaborate with teams to improve support processes and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. Candidate with Food Technology background, is valuable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
• Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer challenges and providing effective resolutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or related fields is preferred
