- Freshers: 23,000 per month
- Experienced: 26,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to flight services
- Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and payments
- Resolve queries related to ticketing, refunds and travel details
- Ensure accurate processing of ticket payments and transaction support
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
- Deliver high-quality customer service by following company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate candidates from all domains are eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights
