Compensation: Salary up to INR 4.2 LPA
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (5 working days/week)
Role Overview: CS (Non-Voice) will be responsible for backend risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and data verification within a banking/customer support environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform transaction monitoring to detect suspicious or fraudulent activities
Conduct risk analysis on customer accounts and financial transactions
Execute data verification and validation processes
Review flagged cases and escalate high-risk issues
Maintain documentation of findings and actions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (any stream)
Basic banking knowledge required
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Good written communication skills
