We are actively hiring dynamic and talented Customer Support Executives for a fast-paced Quick Commerce (24x7 operations) environment! If you thrive in high-energy roles and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you NOW!

Role: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process Chat + Calls)

Location: [Add Location if needed]

Shift: 24x7 operations (Any 9-hour shift with 1-hour break)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational (as per client/customer requirement)

Compensation:

• CTC: 20,000/month
• In-hand: 16,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat & calls in a blended process environment

Manage 34 concurrent chat windows efficiently (multi-tasking is key!)

Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-centric resolutions

Maintain high-quality standards in both written and verbal communication

Follow operational KPIs such as response time, resolution rate & customer satisfaction

Adapt to a fast-paced quick commerce ecosystem

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Good Hindi communication skills

Strong typing speed & multitasking ability

Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset

Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7)
