Customer Support Specialist | ShipCorrect (On-site Mumbai)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Work Mode: Full-time, In-office (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, quick issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide end-to-end support for shipment-related issues (tracking, delays, NDR, escalations, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM/tools
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction scores
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) clarity and professionalism are key
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations across different channels simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce/logistics is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
  • 03 years of experience in customer support / client servicing / operations
  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field
  • Experience with CRM tools or support platforms is an advantage
