Job description:
The job profile is for acustomer support executive. The responsibilities for this role shall be :
- Reply to inbound emails and instagram DM from customer
- Reply to inbound whatsapp messages
- Reply to inbound calls from customers
- Export list of orders from system everyday using our backend
- Use our third party apps and backend software to Resolve customer queries and issues
- Co-ordinate with fulfilment team
- Manage Inventory & day to day Ops.
