Responsibilities

Provide customer support for Tally and company software products.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.

Assist customers with software usage, troubleshooting, and basic training.

Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.

Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-up. Skills Required

Minimum 1 year of experience working with Tally.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
