Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the voice of Anayna across chat, email, and calls
Resolve customer queries with empathy, efficiency, and clarity
Work closely with logistics, tech, and design teams to ensure smooth operations
Capture and share customer feedback to improve our products and services
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail
12 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Compensation: 23,000 to 26,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
