Customer Support Representative

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving support tickets, delivering technical assistance, communicating with clarity and empathy, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. Your proactive efforts will contribute to maintaining Finis high CSAT scores and trust with customers.

• Strong customer support and service skills to address and resolve user inquiries effectively
• Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional interactions
• Proficiency in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical or workflow issues
• Experience in maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
