Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Type: Full-time, In-office

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a seamless experience to every guest. You'll be the first point of contact, helping customers with bookings, queries, and support while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional experiences.

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve customer experience
  

• 02 years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
• Familiarity with basic CRM or customer support tools
  

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or tourism
• Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions
