• Be the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide customers on using WorkBuddyHR effectively.
• Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, referrals, and product adoption.
• Capture customer feedback and help improve our product.
  

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada are a plus).
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
