Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for an International Voice Process at WNS Pune. The role involves assisting customers, delivering excellent customer support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Deliver high-quality customer support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
• Prior experience in BPO required
• Strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
