Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Data Processing)
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our Data Processing team in Indore. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining platform integrity by managing document verification, transaction accuracy, and security.
Role Overview
- Position: Customer Support Executive (Backend/Data Processing)
- Location: Indore
- Shifts: Rotational (Includes Night Shifts)
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 16,000 per month
- In-Hand: 13,000 per month
- Additional: Shift allowances (as per policy)
Main Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding: Review and verify essential documents (DL, RC, Insurance, etc.) to ensure compliance and validity.
- Trip & Transaction Review: Audit trip details, including fares, routes, and cancellation reasons to maintain system accuracy.
- Fraud Detection: Monitor and identify suspicious activities, fake accounts, or fraudulent patterns to protect the platform.
- Data Entry & Validation: Update and maintain internal records and databases with high precision and speed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
- Graduates: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
- Strong attention to detail (eye for spotting errors in documents).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working Rotational & Night Shifts.
