Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: 3.50 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Process: Banking Back-Office (Chat)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Role Objective

We are looking for experienced professionals to manage Retail Banking queries via chat. The objective is to provide real-time, accurate support to retail customers while ensuring all back-end banking protocols and data privacy standards are strictly met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Chat Support: Handle live chat interactions with customers regarding retail banking products (Savings Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.).
  • Query Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide account information, and guide users through digital banking processes.
  • Back-Office Processing: Simultaneously manage back-end tasks such as KYC updates, data entry, and transaction verification.
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, security protocols, and internal SOPs to protect sensitive financial data.
  • Accuracy & Speed: Maintain high typing speed and multi-tasking abilities to meet productivity targets without compromising on financial accuracy.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or Banking operations is mandatory. (Freshers are not eligible).
  • Education: Mandatory Graduate (Any stream). Candidates with results awaited or backlogs will not be considered.
  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills (Grammar and Tone) to handle professional banking chats.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and comfortable navigating multiple chat windows.
  • Availability: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs (24/7 environment).
