Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries.

Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls to meet sales and service targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
