Responsibilities:

  • Interact with users via chat, email, and phone to resolve product-related queries and issues.
  • Master all features of our invoicing and payments software to provide accurate and efficient support.
  • Create and maintain support documents, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for user reference.
  • Collaborate with the product team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with users to enhance their product experience.
  • Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi for verbal communication.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficient in typing and comfortable handling phone calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
