Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances
- Convert queries / leads into orders
- Pay utmost attention to details
- Understand the category of tableware and home dcor thoroughly
- Train new customer service team members
- Create intervention and improvement plans for team members
- Suggest new procedures to improve customer service
- Resole escalated customer issues
- Motivate customer service team to meet goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
- Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
- Should be able to manage escalations and queries
- Good typing skills- 25-40 WPM
