Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances
  • Convert queries / leads into orders
  • Pay utmost attention to details
  • Understand the category of tableware and home dcor thoroughly
  • Train new customer service team members
  • Create intervention and improvement plans for team members
  • Suggest new procedures to improve customer service
  • Resole escalated customer issues
  • Motivate customer service team to meet goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
  • Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
  • Should be able to manage escalations and queries
  • Good typing skills- 25-40 WPM
