Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and overall experience.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good grammar and communication skills.
Pharmacy background is a plus.
Must be available to work from 1 PM to 10 PM.
