We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills.


Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive at Hype Elixir, you will be responsible for handling customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, email, Instagram, and live chat. You will help customers with order updates, delivery timelines, product information, payment queries, return policy clarification, and overall support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, email, Instagram, and website chat.

Provide accurate order updates, dispatch timelines, and tracking information.

Explain company policies clearly, including returns, exchanges, cancellations, and partial COD.

Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for order status updates.

Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

Maintain proper records of customer conversations and escalations.

Follow the customer support SOPs and ensure consistent brand communication.

Assist customers with product-related questions, sizing guidance, and payment queries.

Escalate urgent or sensitive cases to the management team.

Ensure every customer receives a smooth and trustworthy experience with Hype Elixir.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Previous customer support experience is preferred.

Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and social media messages.

Basic knowledge of Shopify, Google Sheets, and courier tracking tools is a plus.

Must be patient, polite, and solution-oriented.

Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

Interest in sneakers, fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce is preferred.

Good typing speed and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident, calm under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with customers. They should understand how to balance customer satisfaction with company policies and maintain a premium brand tone at all times.
