Were looking for someone who can handle customer conversations with patience and clarity- whether its over a call or chat. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving issues, and making sure they have a smooth experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a clear and friendly manner

Problem Solving

• Understand customer issues quickly and provide the right solutions
• Ensure every interaction leaves the customer satisfied

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, issues, and resolutions
• Update internal systems with relevant information

Team Collaboration

• Work with your team and supervisors to meet targets
• Share feedback and ideas to improve customer experience
  

Who Can Apply

• Graduates or undergraduates (any stream)
• Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  

What Were Looking For

• Good communication skills - you can explain things clearly
• Patience and a customer-first mindset
• Basic knowledge of Excel (for simple data entry/reporting)
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with good accuracy
• Ability to stay calm and handle different types of customers
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
