Job Title: Customer support Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer support to manage end-to-end operations while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations and ensure smooth execution of services within defined TATs and SLAs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for service delivery, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Handle vendor payments, billing verification, and reconciliation in coordination with finance.
• Own pricing, profitability tracking, and margin improvement for assigned operations.
• Ensure consistent collection of customer feedback and drive improvement in NPS.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations and customer service teams to meet performance targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all operational and customer interactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide inputs to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in Operations or Customer Support roles
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, pricing, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
