About the role
We are hiring Customer Support Executive at FRND, a dynamic social discovery platform connecting people and communities. We are looking for individuals who can bring a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in handling and resolving support tickets. If you have worked with any food delivery app or an e-commerce platform and thrive in fast-paced environments, you will play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences and driving customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-app chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with payments, and app functionality.
- Manage and close support tickets accurately using our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
- Provide clear communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document solutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Who You Are?
- Proficiency in Hindi and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Kannada/ Tamil / Malayalam/ Telugu will be an added advantage
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail in written correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse customer base.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Enthusiastic about helping customers and delivering excellent service.
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.
