We are hiring Customer Support Executives Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries from clients and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.

Graduate / HSC candidates can apply.
English communication skills required.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
