Urgent Hiring Operations Executive (Chat/Email Process, Data Management)
We are hiring detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals for a fast-growing global support team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in non-voice operations and client servicing.
Location: Panaji (St. Inez), Goa
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off, All Sundays Off)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Weekly) 8:00 AM5:00 PM / 10:30 AM7:30 PM / 5:00 PM2:00 AM
Salary: 25,000 CTC (Freshers) | Up to 30,000 CTC (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via chat and email with timely and accurate responses
- Handle GCS (Global Customer Support) mailbox and route queries to relevant teams
- Draft professional emails, acknowledgments, and resolutions
- Maintain records in CRM systems (Dynamics) with high accuracy
- Perform backend operations, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality support
Eligibility:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong email and chat drafting abilities
- Typing speed of 2530 WPM with accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Freshers and experienced candidates (010 years) can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
