Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting client queries, and providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with anyone; Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage customer issues within defined SLAs.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and strong interpersonal skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support with a focus on resolving Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace issues.
  • Strong Communication skills to provide clear explanations and updates to clients and team members.
  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, and remote sessions
  • Draft clear, structured, and professional email responses to customers
  • Perform timely follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A background in IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure management (cloud or on-premise) is a plus.
