Role Description

Were looking for someone whos equal parts technical and human someone who can debug a tricky issue and make a customer feel genuinely heard in the same breath.

The Role

As a Customer Support Engineer, youll be the first line of defence when our customers run into trouble. Youll dig into technical issues, work hand-in-hand with our engineering and product teams, and make sure every customer walks away with a real answer not just a canned response.

What Youll Do

Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues across our platform

Reproduce bugs, gather logs, and escalate with proper context to engineering

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to close the loop on recurring issues

Document solutions and help build a knowledge base that scales support

What Were Looking For

12 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role

Solid communication skills able to explain complex things simply, without losing accuracy

Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and customers simultaneously

Bonus: familiarity with APIs, logs, or cloud-based SaaS products
