The Role & Work Timin
gsAs a Customer Support Executive, you will be the face and voice of Codeyoung for our international customers. Your main goal will be to resolve queries, handle scheduling issues, and ensure a smooth, delightful learning experienc
e.?? Shift Details: This role requires working in international night shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with either of the following rotation
- s:Shift A: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM I
- STShift B: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM I

- DoCustomer Delight: Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally via Live Chat, Email, and Cal
- ls.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational and basic technical issues faced by parents or students during their live class
- es.Coordination: Coordinate between parents and our global teaching community to manage class scheduling, reschedules, and cancellatio
- ns.Retention & Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, gathering feedback to help improve our platform and retention rat
- es.CRM Management: Maintain accurate, detailed logs of customer interactions and ticket statuses using CRM tools (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpo
t).
