JobDescription

  • Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints/services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Assisting in KYC verifications checks for customers.
  • Provide resolution on disputed transaction.
  • Promptness in handling escalations/queries raised by customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain a friendly manner and calm, positive manner when handling complaints


Skills Must have

  • Customer Service Calls (Inbound-Outbound)/Email handling experience, social media customer service support knowledge.
  • Stock management
  • Banking background preferred


Good to have

  • Digital Marketing/Fraud Complaint handling


Qualifications

  • Graduate from any recognized university.


Working Days

  • 5 Days a week (Includes Sat and Sunday)
  • Shift timings vary between 7 am - 11 pm
