Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Agra. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product-related queries, facilitating sales operations through support, providing post-sales assistance, and delivering training or product demonstrations when needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
- Competency in Sales and the ability to assist in customer purchase decisions
- Experience in providing Training or demonstrations to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach
- Familiarity with Granotone products or experience in art supplies is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldpreferred
