Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Agra. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product-related queries, facilitating sales operations through support, providing post-sales assistance, and delivering training or product demonstrations when needed.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
  • Competency in Sales and the ability to assist in customer purchase decisions
  • Experience in providing Training or demonstrations to clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach
  • Familiarity with Granotone products or experience in art supplies is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldpreferred
